Most of how we operate is based off our reaction (conscious or not) to what we experience in our life. We believe our experiences define us because they create a pattern of response that runs in the background like a computer program. Similar to our body functions, such as breathing or closing our eyes when we fall asleep. A thing we just do without thinking. Over time, we start seeing those things as who we are vs. an experience that has happened to us. Many times, this can limit our beliefs about who we are, what we should be doing, and keeps us living outside this current moment. With nearly two decades of experience in performing and teaching improv in the Capital District of Upstate, New York, I can offer you a unique opportunity to apply that expertise towards healing and wellness. I can help you energetically reset and start anew or upgrade your “software program” to a more suitable version that will better serve you in the long run. Repatterning takes you to the energetic moment, identifies the core aspects, and then together we remove the energetic block, and repattern it, so a new belief structure can be built from it. You can record and replay our session as often as you need it, until the brain starts to believe it, and begins to allow you to change and heal. By listening to your story, I skillfully unravel the situation, identify the pattern, and together, we make healing magic.
